An interesting thing happened this morning. The subject of childhood cartoon shows came up and my significant other mentioned "Maya the Bee", who?

Anyway I did a quick google and discovered that this was a cartoon series from the 1970's, and he could still sing the theme tune, isn't that sad? Fortunately I'm too young to remember anything like this, I mean a bee named Maya and her brother Willie, well that had me in stitches just thinking of the name.

Anyway, for the old timers who visit my blog, here is a sample of what Maya the Bee was like, this is the French theme song, I couldn't find the English version of this song because the series got a makeover in the 80s.

Can contraception really be an option for elephants? Yeah you can see them queuing up for their jabs, pills or condoms. How would they recycle the plastic?
